Venue Fee - $1,500
Our base venue fee must be purchased for all weddings and events.
Tiny Home - $200/night
Additional on site tiny home. 650 sqft 2 bedroom one bath space. (sleeps up to 4) *3-night stay minimum.
Dance Floor Rental - $250
Dance the night away with our dance floor rental.
Tables, Chairs, Pews - varies

Cleaning Fee - $500
Mandatory cleaning fee.
Main House - $600/night
Discover our stunning 4,000 sqft ranch home, featuring three king-sized bed bedrooms, office with twin daybeds and couch, and additional bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Pool house also includes another twin over full bunk bed. (sleeps up to 15) *3-night stay minimum.
White Tent Rental - $500
Rent a 20x50ft white tent for outdoor celebrations.
Dining/Dance Hall - $1,500
Spacious 1200 sqft barn across from the main house, ideal for dining or dancing.
